2、已经日益完善。而机房管理系统中对学生上机的费用计时管理是此系统的关键所在。目前只有少数机房应用一些专业的管理软件对机房进行管理，且效果不尽人意。本系统从学生上机消费管理为基本出发点，涉及到学生上机的计费、帐户的安全性、数据库安全性等几个方面进行设计，总结了以往机房管理系统的优点，从安全性出发，全新设计了此系统。本文在对机房管理系统进行总体介绍后，着重对系统的软件部分进行介绍，即对学生上机收费的管理。本文先从软件实现的角度来介绍所有的系统软硬件资源，再介绍软件的各项功能和界面。整个软件开发的原则是“简便实用、安全可靠
