2、工作生活中，并对社会发展和我们的工作、生活产生重要影响。人们渴望项目成功，不断探寻项目成功的奥秘。项目作为一个专业术语，有其科学含义。只有正确理解项目的科学内涵，掌握项目的基本特征和规律，才有可能实施科学的项目管理，也才可能趋利避害，有效控制和项目风险。本文运用风险管理的基本理论，结合建筑工程风险管理的特点，选择建筑工程项目为案例研究对象，对分析建筑工程风险管理的施工单位、整个经济和社会都具有重要的意义。风险管理能为各施工单位提供安全的生产经营环境，能促进其决策的科学化、合理化，能促进其经济效益的提高，并保障其经营目标的实现
