1、可交联中空乳胶粒乳液型涂料的制备PreparationofEmulsionCoatingswithCross-linkableHollowLatexParticles学科专业:材料学研究生:李江涛指导教师:袁才登副教授天津大学化工学院二零零六年十二月摘要本工作在低皂条件下,采用核壳乳液聚合方法制备具备了室温成膜性和高温可交联的中空结构聚合物乳液。首先以甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、甲基丙烯酸(MAA)和丙烯酸丁酯(BA)为共聚单体制备种子乳液;并在种子乳液基础上以MAA、MMA和二乙烯基苯(DVB)为单体进行聚合,制成带羧基
2、的核乳胶粒;然后以苯乙烯(St)、MAA、BA以及DVB为共聚单体制备交联的共聚物;随后在最外层包覆BA和甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)的共聚物;最后通过对其进行碱处理,制得含有功能性基团的中空乳胶粒。另外以甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEMA)和BA为共聚单体制备带有羟基的聚合物乳液。将上述两种乳液共混,共混乳液室温成膜性良好,涂膜高温处理后可形成交联结构。本文详细研究了中空乳液的制备工艺及乳胶粒形态、乳液涂膜性能的影响因素,确定了较佳的工艺条件。结果表明,种子及核乳胶粒制备阶段乳化剂SDBS用量为0.8mass%,壳层乳化剂用
3、量为0.4mass%,中间交联层DVB用量4mass%,MAA用量10mass%,单体加料速度为8g/h,核壳比为1:5,软硬单体比为2:1时可得到中空结构明显、涂膜性能良好的聚合物乳液。关键词:中空乳胶粒;核壳结构;丙烯酸酯;乳液聚合;交联;涂料ABSTRACTPolymeremulsionwithhollowlatexparticles,whichisfilm-formableunderroomtemperatureandcanbecross-linkedunderhightemperature,wasprepare

6、xparticleswithfunctionalgroupswereobtainedbyalkalizationtreatmenttothecore-shelllatexparticles.Inaddition,hydroxyethylmethacrylate(HEMA)andBAcopolymeremulsionswerepreparedtobeblendedwiththehollowemulsions.Thecompositeemulsionisfilm-formableunderroomtemperatureand
7、canbecross-linkedunderhightemperature.Thetechnologyforpreparingthehollowlatexparticlesandtheeffectsontheparticlemorphologiesandthefilmpropertieswerestudiedindetail.Theoptimalconditionsforpreparingthehollowlatexparticleswereobtained.Inthepolymerization,SDBScanbeus
