Cylindrical passage within the valve body , disc rotates around the stem axis, rotation angle 0 ° ~ 90 °. When fully open, the smooth flow having a smaller flow resistance coefficient ; when valve seal , the two flows have the same sealing performance, especially for complex network conditions. At the same time , the efficient allocation of lining material and valves can be widely used for transportation of sea water, alkali and other corrosive medium.7.2传动单元Transmissionunit传动单元主要由齿轮齿条传动箱、油缸、行程开关盒等组成,是液压动力开、关阀门的执行机构。传动行程限位采用油缸缸盖限位的方式,油缸行程及限位出厂时均已调好。若设备检修后位置发生变化导致行程不够,需拆下传动箱尾盖,旋转油缸活塞杆头部的六方进行调整。Thedriveconsistsofarackandpiniongearbox,fueltanks,limitswitchboxesandothercomponents,hydraulicpowertoopenandclosethevalveactuators.Transmissionoilcylinderheadlimitstrokelimittheway,havebeenadjustedwhenthecylinderstrokeandlimitthefactory.Ifthepositionchangesresultinequipmentmaintenanceafterthetripisnotenough,youneedtoremovethegearboxendcap,rotatingcylinderpistonrodhexagonalheadadjustment.16

8Acumulatortypehydraulicnon-returnbutterflyvalve(XSeries) ProductmanualChecktheshut-offvalveLstate,isnormallyclosed,andapplythelocknut;8.1.1再次检查各种接线无误,用万用表测量电源电压是否正常。Againexaminethevariouswiringiscorrect,measurethesupplyvoltageisnormalwithamultimeter.8.1.2合上空气开关QF1、QF2,检查各种指示灯,应与相应实物状态一致。OntheairswitchQF1,QF2,examinethevariousindicatorsshouldbeconsistentwiththecorrespondingphysicalstate.8.1就地调试In-situdebugging.将“远程/解除/就地”旋钮旋至“就地”。The"remote/off/insitu"knobtothe"insitu".8.2.1自动保压Autopressurekeeping.接通电源,电液系统进入“自动保压”状态,即:当蓄能器压力≤低压力开关K1设定点(约12MPa)时,电机C启动给蓄能器N充压;直至达高压力开关KP2设定点(约16MPa)后停机。在“自动保压”过程中,按“停止”,可在大于KP1设定点的任意压力位置暂停电机。可以手动慢慢打开常闭截止阀L,检测自动保压功能。初次启动电机时检查电机旋向:从上往下看,顺时针旋转为正;若是反转,切断电源更改相序。初次运行或蓄能器拆卸后首次“自动保压”时,应松开蓄能器上排气螺塞,直至渗油后拧紧。Poweron,electro-hydraulicsysteminto"automaticpressurekeeping"state,ie:whentheaccumulatorpressure≤low-pressureswitchKP1setpoint(about12MPa),themotorCstartstoaccumulatorN-charge;untilreacheshighpressureswitchKP2setpoint(about16MPa)aftertheshutdown.Inthe"automaticpressurekeeping",press"Stop"topausethemotorK1setpointgreaterthananypressureposition.Slowlyopenthenormallyclosedmanuallyshut-offvalveL,detectionautomaticpackingfunction.Initialstartthemotorcheckthemotorrotationdirection:fromthetopdown,clockwiserotationispositive;ifthereverse,turnoffthepowertochangethephasesequence.Afterinitialoperationoraccumulatordisassemblefirst"automaticpressurekeeping"shouldreleasetheaccumulatorventpluguntiltheoilleakageaftertightening.8.2.2油路排气Exhaustpassage第一次运行“开阀”时,松开主油缸O尾盖上的排气螺塞;短暂按下“开阀”按钮后“停止”,以“点动”方式开阀,直至螺塞处渗油后,拧紧螺塞。同理,第一次运行“关阀”时,也要松开主油缸O缸盖上的排气螺塞进行排气。Afterthefirstrun,"openvalve",releasethelockplugcylinderexhaustOcylinderhead,brieflypressthe"openvalve"button"Stop"to"jog"modeopenvalveuntiltheplugataftertheoilleakage,tightentheplug.Similarly,run"offvalve"atthefirsttime,itshouldalsoreleasetheexhaustplugonthemastercylinderheadexhaustO.8.2.3开阀Openthevalve16
9Acumulatortypehydraulicnon-returnbutterflyvalve(XSeries) Productmanual按下“开阀”按钮→油泵电机C启动一次后继续保持“自动保压”状态;;电磁阀G1、快开电磁阀G3、电磁滑阀S开阀线圈YV1得电→蓄能器内压力油经电磁阀G1、S、液控单向阀T、流量阀E1、电磁阀G2、高压胶管X进入油缸O无杆腔,推动活塞开阀,有杆腔内液压油经高压胶管Y、电磁阀G3、回油箱→阀门快速开启;快开阀时间可通过流量控制阀E1开阀端手轮进行调整。→当阀门开启到约15度位置,行程开关压合→快开电磁阀G3失电,油缸有杆腔继续通过流量控制阀E3回油,关阀进入缓开状态,并可通过E3调整缓开速度;开阀到位后行程开关压合→全开指示灯亮,各电磁阀延时失电→开阀结束。Pressthe"openvalve"button→oilpumpCstartedandmaintain"automaticpressurekeeping"state;solenoidvalveG1,quickopensolenoidvalveG3,SspoolsolenoidvalveopeningcoilYV1isenergized→accumulatorpressureoilthroughthesolenoidvalveG1,S,checkvalveT,flowvalveE1,solenoidvalveG2,high-pressurehoseXintothecylinderrodchamberO,pushthepistontoopenthevalve,rodcavityhydraulicoilthroughthehighpressurehoseY,solenoidvaleG3,oiltank→valvefastopen.ValvefastopeningtimecanbeadjustedbythehandwheelonvalveopeningE1.Aftervalveopeningtoapprx.15degree,travelswitchnip→solenoidvalveG3losepower,rodcavitiyofoilcylindercontinueflowvaleE3,valveintoslowopeningstate,adjustthespeedbyE3.8.2.1关阀Closevalve按下“关阀”按钮→油泵电机C启动一次后继续保持“自动保压”状态;保压电磁阀G1、快关电磁阀G2、电磁滑阀S关阀线圈YV2得电→蓄能器内压力油经电磁阀G1、S、液控单向阀T、流量阀E1、电磁阀G3、高压胶管Y进入油缸O有杆腔,推动活塞关阀,无杆腔内液压油经高压胶管X、快关电磁阀G2回油箱→阀门快速关闭;快关时间可通过流量控制阀E1关阀端手轮进行调整;Pressthe"closevalve"button→oilpumCstartedandmaintain"automaticpressurekeeping"state;holdingpressurevalveG1,fastoffsolenoidvaleG2,solenoidspoolvalveSclosevalvecoilYV2energized→theaccumulatoroilpressuresolenoidvalveG1,S,pilot-operatedcheckvalveT,flowvalveE1,solenoidvalveG3,high-pressurehoseYintothecylinderrodchamberO,pushthepistonoff,rodlesscavity-oilflowthroughhighpressurehoseX,solenoidvalveG2andbacktothetank→valvefastclosing;FastofftimecanbeadjustedbyhandwheelinclosedvalvesideE1;→当阀门关闭到约15度位置,行程开关压合→快关电磁阀G2失电,油缸无杆腔继续通过流量控制阀E2回油,关阀进入缓闭状态,并可通过E2调整缓闭速度,以消除管道水锤;→关阀到位后行程开关压合→全关指示灯亮,各电磁阀均延时失电→关阀结束。→Whenthevalveisclosedtoabout15degreeposition,travelswitchnip→thesolenoidvalveG2losepower,oilinrodlesscavitycontinuteflowintocontrolvalveE2,realizetheslowclosingstate,thespeedcanbeadjustedbyE2,toeliminatewaterhammer;8.2.2停止Stop16

11Acumulatortypehydraulicnon-returnbutterflyvalve(XSeries) Productmanualplant.8.4.1电磁阀失电保护工作方式:solenoidvalvepowerfailureprotectionwork:电磁阀工作一般采用反作用型,即:开关阀过程中相应电磁阀得电,到位后均失电。这样,电磁阀无需长期带工作,增加装置的可靠性。其可选失电保护工作方式有四种:Ⅰ)常规反作用型:在阀门全开工作状态下,若控制电源故障失电,各电磁阀失电状态不变;油缸继续处于液压锁定状态,使阀门保持在原全开位,直至电源恢复正常。Ⅱ)电控系统自配备用电源;当控制电源故障失电时,备用电源自动接入,此时各电磁阀仍保持原失电状态不变;直至关阀信号输入,相应电磁阀得电关阀。Ⅲ)电控系统自配备用电源;当控制电源故障失电时,备用电源自动接入,此时各电磁阀仍保持原失电状态不变;直至关阀信号输入,相应电磁阀得电关阀;但当水泵停机(动力电源失电)信号输入时,相应电磁阀亦得电关阀。Ⅳ)正作用工作方式:电控系统自配备用电源;当控制电源故障失电时,备用电源自动接入,电磁阀得电关阀。本批产品采用(Ⅱ)型工作方式。Solenoidvalveoperatingthegeneralreactiontypes,namely:duringthecorrespondingswitchvalvesolenoidisenergized,arelosingpowerinplace.Thus,thesolenoidvalvewithnolong-termwork,increasingthereliabilityofthedevice.Itslossofpowerprotectionfourwaysforoption:Ⅰ)conventionalreactiontype:atVWOworkingstate,ifthecontrolpowermalfunctionlossofpower,thesolenoidvalveisde-energizedstateunchanged;hydrauliccylinderstocontinueinthelockedstate,thevalveismaintainedattheoriginalfullyopenpositionuntilpowerisrestoredtonormal.Ⅱ)equippedwithelectroniccontrolsystemfrompower;whenthecontrolpowermalfunctionlossofpower,standbypowerisautomaticallyadded,thesolenoidvalveremainsenergizedoriginalstatusquo;untilOFFvalvesignalinput,thecorrespondingsolenoidvalveisenergizedOffvalve.Ⅲ)equippedwithelectroniccontrolsystemfrompower;whenthecontrolpowermalfunctionlossofpower,standbypowerisautomaticallyadded,thesolenoidvalveremainsenergizedoriginalstatusquo;untilOFFvalvesignalinput,thecorrespondingsolenoidvalveisenergizedOffvalve;whenthepumpisstopped(thelossofelectricalpower),thecorrespondingelectricalsolenoidvalveoff.IV)Positiverolemodel:theelectroniccontrolsystemisequippedwithapowersupply;whenthecontrolpowerfailurelossofpower,backuppowerautomaticaccess,thesolenoidvalveisenergizedoffvalve.Thisbatchofproductuse(Ⅱ)typework.1.联动运行linkageoperation阀门正常情况下均采用“远程联动”的工作方式。根据配套水泵类型的不同,联动启闭工况主要有以下几种:²开阀离心泵工况(包括离心式混流泵):先启动泵,延迟预定时间后开阀,或泵阀同时开启;²开阀轴流泵工况(包括轴流式混流泵):泵阀同时开启,或先开阀至一定角度,再启动泵;16
