5、tregisteredET-ANB.AnInvestigationCommittee(IC)andanInvestigatorinCharge(IIC)wereappointedbytheLebaneseMinisterofPublicWorks&Transportation.TheStateofRegistry/OperatorandtheStateofManufacturerwerebothinvitedtoappointaccreditedrepresentativestotheIC.APreliminaryRepo

6、rtwaspresentedtotheLebaneseGovernmentonFebruary25,2010.TwoInvestigationProgressreportwerepresentedtotheLebaneseMinisterofPublicWorks&TransportationonFebruary10,2011andonAugust25,2011;bothreportswerereleasedtothepublicandhavebeenpostedontheLebaneseCAAwebsitewww.leb

7、caa.com.ThefinaldraftreportwaspresentedasaconfidentialdocumenttoHEtheLebaneseMinisterofPublicWorksthandTransportationon10September2011andcirculatedtoallparties(theNTSB-USA,ECAA-Ethiopia&BEA-France)forcomments,asperICAOAnnex13requirements.Thecommentswerereceivedind
