1、1.27河北大学交通肇事案开庭去年的河北大学交通肇事案主角将于26日在河北地方法院接受审判。75李刚之子、22岁的李启明被望都县检察官指控犯有交通肇事罪。去年10月16日晚上,李启明酒后驾车在保定河北大学校园中超速行驶,撞倒两名女学生,导致其中一人陈晓凤身亡。李刚是保定市北市区公安局副局长。李启明将于26日上午九点在望都县人民法院接受审判。在撞倒陈晓凤后,警察和学生把李启明拦下,被关押一周后,望都县检察官于10月24日依法批捕了李启明。《刑法》第133条规定,交通肇事逃逸致人死亡的,处7年以上有
