1、摘要经济全球化的飞速发展，给众多传统行业带来了前所未有的冲击，特别是对根植传统的纺织行业。近几年，在国家经济发展的带动下，传统纺织行业也迎来了春天，各种新型管理理念、生产技术的引进，硬件设备的不断升级，同时市场需求也在不断扩大。可以说，整个纺织行业都似乎在进行着飞跃式的前进。但是跑的太快，未必完全是一件好事。作为传统色彩的纺织行业更是如此。飞速发展的纺织业，原材料需求越来越大，其存货也在不断的扩大，与之相伴而生的则是存货管理越来越吃力。纺织企业在发展的过程中，往往忽视了日益激烈和风云突变的市场环境，依旧按照传统的思路去采购、存
2、储原材料，这就非常容易导致存货管理出现这样或者那样的问题。因此，如何在企业发展的过程中，既满足供货需求，又能对存货进行科学合理的管理，成了很多纺织企业必须要面对的问题本文主要以继嘉亚麻纺织公司为例，对纺织企业的存货管理现状进行分析，并对存货周转率以及其他因素进行研究分析，进一步了解该企业的管理现状，分析与产生存货管理问题相关的因素，进而对改善企业管理提出自己的观点和意见，为继嘉亚麻纺织公司的发展尽一份绵薄之力。关键字：纺织公司存货管理存货管理问题分析AbstractTherapiddevelopmentofeconomicgl
