5、International,NationalResearchCouncilCanada,OwensCorning,TrusJoist,andUSG.ThisGuidesupersedestheversionpublishedin2005.Thisversionincludesestimatesoftheflankingduetodirectlyattachedgypsumboardonceilings,corridorwalls,andexteriorwalls.(Thefirstversionassumedthatt

6、hesesurfacesweremountedonresilientchannels,andthushadnegligibleeffect.)OverviewofContentandIntendedApplicationTheintentofthisguideistopresentthefindingsfromasubstantialexperimentalresearchstudy,inaformthatcanbeusedasaframeworkfordesign.Theguidefocusesonwood-fram
