5、sitioning,navi-gationandtimingservicestoglobalusers.Inthelate20thcentury,Chinastartedtoexploreapathtodevelopanavigationsatellitesystemsuitableforitsnationalconditions,andgradu-allyformulatedathree-stepstrategyofdevelopment:tocompletethecon-structionoftheBDS-1andprovideservicest
