6、endedtoaccountforthesenewquantities.VASBEisbasedonthefullyVABScoupledTimoshenkotheoryforsmartbeamsconstructedusingthevariationalasymptoticmethod.Thistheorydecouplestheoriginalthree-dimensionalelectromechanicalproblemtoatwo-dimensionalelec-tromechanica

7、lcross-sectionalanalysisandaone-dimensionalbeamanalysis.Thecross-sectionalanalysisprovidesaone-dimensionalconstitutivemodelforthebeamanalysiswithoutaprioriassumptionsregardingthegeometryofthecross-section,theelectricfielddistribution,andthelocationofs
