1、高温紧固螺栓超声波检验技术导贝DL/T694-1999DL/T694-1999前台本导则是根据原电力工业部技综「1996]51号文“关于下达1996年电力行业标准制修订计划项目(第二批)的通知”的要求制定的高温紧固螺栓是火力发电厂热动力设备的重要部件在长期运行中,由于高温及高应力的作用,螺栓材料易产生热脆、蠕变、疲劳、应力腐蚀;由于安装中预紧力过高及不慎烧伤中心孔等原因,螺栓材料易产生裂纹。为确保设备安全运行,加强对高温紧固螺栓的有效检验甚为重要。华东电力试验研究院根据原电力工业部电站金属材料标准化技术委员会(材标[199
2、6]04号文)的安排,组织有关专家对高温紧固螺栓的超声波探伤工艺方法进行t试验研究,并吸收了电力系统中有关单位的宝贵经验和广泛征求了有关专家的意见,制定r本导则本导则规定采用小角度纵波探伤法辅以横波探伤法的综合检验工艺,可满足DIA39-1991《火力发电厂高温紧固件技术导则》和DL438-1991《火力发电厂金属技术监督规程》的要求.实现对大于或等于M32的高温螺栓的有效检验本导则附录A、附录B、附录C都是标准的附录。本导则由电力行业电站金属材料标准化技术委员会提出并归口」本导则起草单位:华东电力试验研究院、徐州发电厂、
