2、插前期升高,后期则加速F降。超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)活性旱现棚似的变化趋势,在瓶插前期均旱上升趋势,4d达到峰值后稳步F降;过氧化物酶(POD)活性则在整个瓶插期问持续上升。超氧阴离自由基()随瓶插时问增加而不断积累。丙二醉(MDA)含量和相对电导率(EL)也随瓶插时问增加而上丌。失水、抗氧化酶活性下降、自由基的累秋以及膜脂过氧化水平的增加足小苍兰切花哀老的主要原【大J。关键词:小苍兰:切花;活性氧;抗氧化酶;膜系统;衰老中图分类号:S682.19文献标识码:A文
