1、LimitedSoftwareWarrantyandLicenseAgreementThisLIMITEDSOFTWAREWARRANTYANDLICENSEAGREEMENT(this“Agreement”),includingtheLimitedWarrantyandotherspecialprovisions,isalegalagreementbetweenYou(eitheranindividualoranentity)andRitualEntertainmentandGatheringofDevelopersI,Ltd.,(collectively
2、,the“Owner”)regardingthissoftwareproductandthematerialscontainedthereinandrelatedthereto.Youractofinstallingand/orotherwiseusingthesoftwareconstitutesYouragreementtobeboundbythetermsofthisAgreement.IfYoudonotagreetothetermsofthisAgreement,promptlyreturnthesoftwarepackagingandtheacc
3、ompanyingmaterials(includinganyhardware,manuals,otherwrittenmaterialsandpackaging)totheplaceYouTableofContentsobtainedthem,alongwithyourreceipt,forafullrefund.GrantofLimitedNon-ExclusiveLicense.ThisAgreementpermitsYoutouseone(1)copyofthesoftwareprogram(s)(the“SOFTWARE”)includedinth
4、ispackageforyourpersonaluseonasinglehomeorportablecomputer.TheSOFTWAREisin“use”onacomputerwhenitisloadedintotemporarymemory(i.e.,RAM)orinstalledintothepermanentmemory(e.g.,harddisk,CD-ROM,orotherstoragedevice)ofthatcomputer.Installationonanetworkserverisstrictlyprohibited,exceptund
5、eraspecialandseparatenetworklicenseobtainedfromOwner;thisAgreementshallnotserveassuchnecessaryspecialnetworklicense.Installationonanetworkserverconstitutes“use”thatmustcomplywiththetermsofthisAgreement.ThislicenseisnotasaleoftheoriginalSOFTWAREoranycopythereof.IntellectualPropertyO
6、wnership.Ownerretainsallright,titleandinteresttothisSOFTWAREandtheaccompanyingmanual(s),packagingandotherwrittenmaterials(collectively,the“ACCOMPANYINGMATERIALS”),including,butnotlimitedto,allcopyrights,trademarks,tradesecrets,tradenames,proprietaryrights,patents,titles,computercod
7、es,audiovisualeffects,themes,characters,characternames,stories,dialog,settings,artwork,soundseffects,musicalworks,andmoralrights.TheSOFTWAREandACCOMPANYINGMATERIALSareprotectedbyUnitedStatescopyrightlawandapplicablecopyrightlawsandtreatiesthroughouttheWorld.Allrightsarereserved.The
