3、chofwhichisobligedtoholdoilstocksequivalentto90daysofitsnetimports.TheAgency’saimsincludethefollowingobjectives:Securemembercountries’accesstoreliableandamplesuppliesofallformsofenergy;inparticular,throughmaintainingeffectiveemergencyresponsecapabilitiesincas

4、eofoilsupplydisruptions.Promotesustainableenergypoliciesthatspureconomicgrowthandenvironmentalprotectioninaglobalcontext–particularlyintermsofreducinggreenhouse-gasemissionsthatcontributetoclimatechange.Improvetransparencyofinternationalmarketsthroughcollect

5、ionandanalysisofenergydata.Supportglobalcollaborationonenergytechnologytosecurefutureenergysuppliesandmitigatetheirenvironmentalimpact,includingthroughimprovedenergyefficiencyanddevelopmentanddeploymentoflow-carbontechnologies.Findsolutionstoglobalenergychall
