3、onofstatesofconsciousness.Thisinvolvedweeklysessionsaswellasseveralfull-timemappingandmeditationintensiveseveryyear,eachofthemlastingbetween2and33days.Startingwithabout25members,thegroupgraduallygrewandcametobeknownas'theFoundation',becausethewealthofobservationsitproducedledtotheelaborationofexp
4、erientialtechniquesandmodelsofconsciousnessthatsetthegroundforthecoursesrunbytheschool.By2000,therewereabout70membersintheFoundation,andthetranscriptsofFoundationproceedingstotalledmillionsofwords–amassivegatheringofinformationaboutsubtlebodies,statesofconsciousness,spiritualbeingsandnon-physical
5、levelsofreality.But,evenmoreimportantly,whathademergedalongtheyearswasamethod,throughwhichitwaspossibletotakegroupsofbeginnerswhohadneverdoneanyworkonthemselves,andtakethemstepbysteptoexperiencethestatesofconsciousnessmappedbytheFoundation.ThisbookpresentssomeofthediscoveriesmadebytheClairvisionF
6、oundation,aswellasasetofprinciplesthatcanbeusedbyanyoneinterestedinengaginginanexplorationofconsciousnessbasedondirectexperience.Notethatthepowerofwhatispresentedhereliesinthefactthatitisn'ttheproductofoneindividualtryingtosharehis/hervisionoftheworld,asisoftenthecasewithbooksofesotericism,butthe
