1、50米水泥运输船的结构设计摘要本次毕业设计是对50m水泥运输船的结构设计，主要分为以下几个方面来进行设计：一、通过母型船的资料和新船的任务书来确定设计新船的型线图。因为新船任务书要求的主尺度除了船长和型深，其他都相同，而且两者的差距很小。又因为本船基本没有平行中体，所以通过型线比例的变换来改变型值是可行的，然后利用新的型值表来绘制新的型线图，并进行了光顺与协调。二、利用新的型线图和母型船的一些资料来做结构计算。结构计算主要是利用规范的计算选取外板、甲板、型材、上层建筑以及其他构件的规格。由于本船船长小于65米，不用进行总纵强度的计算，只需取材的剖面模数大于规范要求的最小剖面模数即可，当然
2、为了满足强度，取材时尽量保守。三、通过型线图和结构计算书以及母型资料来绘制基本结构图、典型横剖面图和横舱壁图。以横舱壁图为例，利用型线图在量取该肋位上的高度和半宽值来确定该横舱壁的外轮廓，再利用结构计算关于舱壁的板厚和型材规格来绘制骨架，绘制过程中参考母型船资料。其他图也基本类似，不一一列举。四、总结设计过程中的一些经验和遇到的困难，以及解决这些问题的方法，为后续结构设计的提供经验。本次设计的新船满足任务书的要求，结构强度的校核也满足文献[1]的要求。【关键词】水泥运输船；结构设计；规范设计；尺寸确定structuredesigningof50meterscementcarrierhua
