7、tionoverthelasttwentyyears.Privatizationandcompetitionaretheorderoftheday,withamajorityofcountrieshavingadoptedthesepoliciestoadvancetheirtelecommunicationsector.Theresultshavebeenimpressive,withtheindustrygrowingatanunprecedentedpace,especiallysincethemid-1990s.

8、Thisgrowthhasaddedtelecommunicationinfrastructureandnewusersfasterthaneverbefore.Tenyearsago,thosecountriesthathadmobilecellularnetworksorwereconnectedtotheInt
