2、者的工作求职和企业的人才招聘。网络求职招聘系统主要包括个人用户，企业用户和管理员3个部分。个人用户可以在主页方便地浏览查询招聘企业信息，招聘职位及发送应聘简历；企业用户可以方便地查找人才信息及个人简历；管理员则通过后台来实现对所有用户信息，简历，公司信息，企业招聘职位的管理。本文主要介绍了ASP，数据库等相关知识，同时较为详尽的阐述了网络求职招聘系统的实现。本系统是使用基于HTML语言，嵌套JavaScript源代码的ASP编程技术来开发，并以IIS为服务平台实现网络求职招聘系统的构建。后台数据库选用的是ACCESS，利用ASP动态网页编程技术，通过ADO与AC
