5、itingbutdidnotprovideenoughbasisforfurtherprogressinthefieldofneutrinophysics.Recenteffortswithregardtoextensivestudies,gammarayburstsdomanifestthemselvesasexceptionallyimportantevents.Therearemanypapersintheliteraturestudyingtheoreticalimplicationsoftheenergydependenceofthegammarays.Inthis

6、fieldoneofus(Kursunoglu)hadpublishedapaperinthePhysicalReviewin1975.Ourfirstconferencein2000orratheritsOrbisScientiaewillcertainlycontainsometopicsonthismatter.ItisquiteconceivablethatintheBigBangcreationoftheUniverse,veryhigh-energydependentgammaraysmusthaveplayedanimportantroleespeciallyc
