2、theconcernedaeronauticalmaterials,partsorappliancesusedoncivilaircraftmustcomplywithwhenitispresentedforairworthinesscertification.Rotorcraft,TransportAirplane,andSmallAirplaneSeatingSystems1.Purpose.ThisChinaCivilAviationTechnicalStandardOrder(CTSO)
3、isformanufacturersofrotorcraft,transportairplane,andsmallairplaneseatingsystemsapplyingforaCTSOauthorization(CTSOA).ThisCTSOprescribestheminimumperformancestandards(MPS)thatrotorcraft,transportairplane,andsmallairplaneseatingsystemsmustfirstmeetforap
4、provalandidentificationwiththeapplicableCTSOmarking.2.Applicability.ThisCTSOaffectsnewapplicationsubmittedafteritseffectivedate.a.TheapplicantmustsubmitanapplicationaccordingtothisCTSOafteritseffectivedate.However,uptosixmonthsafterthisCTSO’seffectiv
5、edate,iftheapplicantcouldshowworkingagainstthepriorMPSbeforethenewchangebecameeffective,theapplicationforpreviousrevisioncouldbeaccepted.-1-CAACCTSO-C127bb.TheCTSOAarticleapprovedunderapreviousCTSOmaystillbemanufacturedundertheprovisionsoforiginalapp
