5、n-bottom":"0"}}--**/摘要:城市不透水面积的增多破坏了城市的自然水循环,采取雨洪利用措施能够增加降雨向土壤水的转化量和补给地下水的量,能增加蒸散发量、减少是径流外排量,还能有利于城市河道呈现“清水常流”的状态,从而一定程度上能够修复城市自然水循环,利于实现“和谐社会”和“宜居城市”的目标。

8、坏了天然水循环,一方面使地表易产生积水并形成高峰值的径流,排入河道后增加防洪压力,产生隐患;另一方面,阻断了降雨对地下水的补给通道,造成地下水补给量长期小于开采量,形成大范围的降落漏斗,威胁城市安全。因此,必须采取措施减少地表径流量、增加地下水补给量。这正是雨洪利用技术所追求的目标之一。因
