3、sexportactivityreducethecostofexportingforotherfirms.Weidentifytwosourcesofspillovers:exportproductioningeneralandthespecificactivitiesofmultinationals.Fromasimplemodelofexportbehaviorwederiveaprobitspecificationfortheprobabilitythatafirmexports.UsingpaneldataonMexicanmanufacturingplants,wefind
