4、anicmilk.Asare-Thisstudyfocusesonorganicyogurtandinvestigatessult,severalcountriesareimportingorganicmilkfromconsumerawarenessandknowledgeofthenewEUelsewhere.Forexample,France,theNetherlands,andlogo.ConsumersevaluateorganicyogurtassuperiorBelgiumareimportingorganicmil

5、kfromtheUnitedcomparedwithconventionalyogurtonhealthiness,Kingdom(BioForum,2011).Anestimated23millionLenvironmentalfriendliness,quality,andsafety.MoreofraworganicmilkwasimportedinBelgiumin2010frequentbuyersoforganicyogurthaveastrongerbelief(BioForum,2011).thatorganicy

6、ogurtissuperior.Thewillingness-to-payTheEUorganicfoodsaleswereestimatedat€19.6fororganicyogurtrangedfromapremiumof15%forbillionin2010(IFOAM/FiBL,2012);inBelgium,thenonbuyersto40%forhabitualbuyers,indicatingtheorganicfoodsectorwasvaluedat€435millionin2011marketpotentia

7、lforthisproduct.Astructuralequa-(VLAM,2012).Belgianconsumers’spendingonor-tionsmodelrevealsthepositiveassociationbetweenganicdairyproductswas€46millionin2011(VLAM,knowledge,attitudes,andthefrequencyofpurchasing2012),whichisan84%increasecomparedwith2007.andconsumingorg
