4、reducedbyL´evynoisecomparedtothatintheGaussiannoisewiththesameintensity.Itisalsoshownthat,theminimumbiterrorrate(BER)oftheL´evy-noise-inducedASRisslightlyhigherthanthatoftheGaussian-noise-inducedASR,whichindicatesthattuningsystemparametersisabetterapproa
