1、热管换热器的设计计算【摘要】热管换热器作为一种高效换热器,有诸多优点,可用于诸如医院、游泳馆等不允许新排风交叉感染的特殊场所,具有良好的应用前景。但目前而言,热管换热器在某些方面的应用还处于推广阶段,有很多地方尚未完善,有待解决。面对激烈的市场竞争,提高热管换热器设计的合理性、经济型以及加快其商品化应用进程是当前亟待研究的课题。本文研究了热管换热器的设计与计算,首先分析了目前国内热管及热管换热器的现状、他们的优缺点及今后的发展趋势,在此基础上提出了本文的研究课题。本文针对热管换热器的特点,结合理论分析,采用常规设计计算方法对热管换热器换热过程的相关参数进行了计算。
2、本研究中用到的热管式重力热管。重力热管具有热二极管特性,并且具有较强的传热能力和较高的等温性,这使得热管得到有效的应用。本课题为热管换热器的研究作出了一套较为完整的设计计算,提高了其经济性,同时也为热管在其他方面的推广应用奠定了基础。【关键词】换热器热管重力热管Thedesigncalculationoftheheatpipeheatexchanger[Abstract]:Asakindofhighefficiencyheatexchangers,theheatpipeheatexchangerhasmanymeritsandcanbeusedinsomespec

5、changerthestatusquo,theirstrengthsandweaknessesandfuturetrends,basedonthisproposedresearchtopicofthisarticle.Inthispaper,thecharacteristicsofheatpipeheatexchanger,combinedwiththeoreticalanalysis,Designcalculationmethodsusingconventionalheatpipeheatexchangerassociatedwiththeprocesspara
