6、设计说明书摘要本设计课题研究的是汽车中一个重要零件—消声器隔板,材料为Q235钢,厚度为1.2mm,属于大批量生产尺寸精度要求一般。本文的主要内容是分析它的工艺性并设计它的冲压模具。首先根据该零件的结构特点和所用材料特点进行工艺分析和工艺计算,进而确定出工艺方案。确定的工艺方案中选用三套模具:第一套是落料拉深复合模具,第二套是冲孔模具,最后一套为翻边模具;然后根据工艺计算对模具的具体结构和所需各个零件进行设计和选择,通过计算各所需力,初选用压力机为开式压力机J23-16,其公称压力为160KN。关键词:冲压模具;工艺分析;模具设计-23-
