4、nkinghabits.Humanlanguagecommunicationistheprimarymeansofinteraction,butnon-verbalcommunicationalsohasanimportantcommunicativefunction.BodyLanguageistheexpressionofaperson’ssilentandauthenticlanguageinnerworld,non-verbalmeansofthemostspectacular.PsychologistandresearcherAlbertMehrabi
5、anarguesthat93percentofallsocialmeaninginface-to-facecommunicationisconveyedthroughnonverbalcues,38percentiscommunicatedbyhowpeopleusetheirvoices(rate,pitch,andvolumeofspeech),55percentistheresultoffacialexpressions(smiles,eyecontacts,andfrowns),whereasonlyapaltry7percentisverbal(Gou
