5、amplingprocedure4.1样品的选取sampling4.1.1供应商的来料以25吨(袋)为一个组,一次来料如果不是25吨(袋)的整数倍,余下产品待下批来料后配成25吨后方再取样,依此类推。Theincomingmaterialsshouldbekeptinagroupforevery25tons(bags).Ifthequantityoftheincomingmaterialsisnotanintegralmultipleof25,samplingshallbecarriedoutwhenthe
6、nextgroupofincomingmaterialscomes,addingupto25tons.Therestshallbedoneinthesamemanner.4.2样品制作procedureofmakingthesamples4.2.1选取其中一份样品投入颚式破碎机中(瓦克选择的破碎机为RETSCHBB2000)将产品破碎成粒径小于等于3mm的粉末。Putasampleintothejawcrusher(thecrusherusedinWackerisRETSCHBB2000)andcrushe
7、ditintopowderwith3mmparticlediametereach.4.2.2对破碎好的产品用四分法进行缩分(10kg→5kg→2.5kg→1.25kg→0.625kg)最终得到0.625KG的样品。Quarteringthepowder(10kg→5kg→2.5kg→1.25kg→0.625kg)andgetsamplesof0.625KGeach.4.2.3依此类推,将余下的4份样品做4.2.1和4.2.2的操作,共得到5个0.625KG的样品。Therestshallbedoneinth
