5、制性工程。施工现场条件复杂,原方案采用闸后3孔整体式箱涵,明挖深基坑、基岩爆破。该方案存在影响现有工程安全和不满足黄河防洪要求等缺点。优化设计方案采用闸后两孔独立衬砌隧洞。方案优化后不但解决了原方案的不利影响,而且经济效益显著,节省预算投资350万余元,占总投资的26.7%。
