1、本科毕业论文题目隔离液中加入表面活性剂改善物理性能机理探讨摘要本论文针对普通水基隔离液对油基钻井液完钻井中残留的泥浆清洗效率低,界面水润湿性差导致水泥石界面胶结强度低的问题,利用表面活性剂良好的洗涤、乳化、润湿反转性能,根据表面活性剂复配原理和化学处理剂配伍性和协调增效原理,得到了TS表面活性剂隔离液体系和OS表面活性剂隔离液体系。本文首先测试了TS体系和OS体系表面活性剂对水表面张力的影响。测试结果表明,TS体系和OS体系表面活性剂能显著降低水的表面张力。由原来的70mN/m左右降低到28~33mN/m,这也就表明表面活性剂的加入能显著降低油水界面
2、的界面张力。其次考察了表面活性剂加入到隔离液中对第一胶结面胶结强度的影响。结果表明,在隔离液中加入TS体系和OS体系表面活性剂后,能显著提高隔离液对黏附在模拟套管壁上油基泥浆的清洗效率,改善模拟套管表面的水润湿性,提高水泥套管壁间的界面胶结强度。此外还考察了无机盐和温度对含有表面活性剂的隔离液性能的影响。通过分析得出表面活性剂加入到隔离液中改善隔离液对油基泥浆冲洗效率、改善界面润湿状态、提高水泥石界面胶结强度的机理主要是由于表面活性剂的破乳作用、增溶作用、渗透作用和乳化稳定作用。关键词:隔离液;表面活性剂;机理;胶结强度;冲洗效率AbstractTh
