1、课题：数字电视视频压缩技术学院：信息科学与工程专业：电子信息工程（应用）班级：07-2班姓名：学号：指导老师：二〇一〇年十二月二十八日11数字电视视频压缩技术摘要20世纪80年代以后，电子信息技术领域的数字化革命极大地改变了人类的生活方式和工作方式，获取和处理信息越来越容易快捷，方式越来越多样，信息也已经从简单的文字图片向更为复杂的音视频多媒体信息转变。但信息量的爆炸性增长也使得现有的信道资源出现瓶颈，所以数据压缩技术，特别是广播电视系统的压缩编码技术成为了解决信息有效传输的关键。为了实现各种网络和多媒体系统的互通互联，国际标准化组织（InternationalOrga
