1、河南理工大学2015届本科生毕业论文摘要随着经济全球化的不断深入及我国加入世贸组织的步伐不断加快，数千家大型集团公司面临的竞争不断加剧，随之带来的财务风险给集团公司的发展产生巨大的挑战。集团公司在财务风险管理方面，内部管理的发展速度明显滞后于集团规模的发展速度。由于我国集团公司财务风险体系不健全，使得集团公司自身的规模效应优势无法准确发挥出来。因此，提高集团公司的财务风险管理水平,已被列为现代公司管理中的一项极为重要的内容。财务风险存在于集团生产、经营的各个环节，集团的经营状况通常是通过财务风险全面地反映出来的。本文以集团公司的基本概念为基础，分析了我国集团公司财务风险管理的现
