1、内蒙古科技大学本科生毕业论文_______________________________________________________________________________摘要:本文主要研究了纳米氧化锆增韧氧化铝基陶瓷刀具:A20Z(c+m)和A15Zc切削淬硬45#钢、淬硬T10A、灰铸铁的切削性能。在给定的条件下,低速和高速情况下,研究在切削深度分别为0.1mm、0.2mm、0.3mm、0.4mm时,A20Z(c+m)和A15Zc的切削性能,并探索最适合的切削深度。陶瓷刀具A20Z(c+m)和A15Zc在切削灰铸铁时,A15Z
2、c刀具材料在切削铸铁时比A20Z(c+m)有更好的耐磨性,随着切削深度的增大,A20Z(c+m)和A15Zc后刀面磨损量也增大。A20Z(c+m)和A15Zc切削灰铸铁时,切削速度v=84.5m/min的条件下,其后刀面磨损量受切削深度的影响不大。高速切削灰铸铁时,A20Z(c+m)的后刀面磨损量比A15Zc要大。陶瓷刀具A20Z(c+m)和A15Zc在切削淬硬T10A时,A20Z(c+m)在低速条件下切削T10A,对于进给量的改变,后刀面磨损量没有受多大影响。A15Zc在低速v=31m/min后刀面磨损量比A20Z(c+m)要大。A15Zc、
3、A20Z(c+m)在都不适合在高速下切削T10A,且只能给小的切削深度。陶瓷刀具A20Z(c+m)和A15Zc在切削淬硬45#钢时,A20Z(c+m)陶瓷刀具在低速下切削45#钢,只能在小的切削深度条件下合适切削。A15Zc的后刀面磨损量比A20Z(c+m)要小。低速下切削45#钢,A15Zc也只适合在小的切削深度下切削。关键词:纳米复合陶瓷刀具;切削性能;切削深度;磨损机理41内蒙古科技大学本科生毕业论文______________________________________________________________________
