1、题目热吸成型辅机毕业设计专业学生姓名╳╳╳学号指导教师╳╳╳论文字数完成日期2015年4月摘要聚氯乙烯为白色蜡状半透明材料,柔而韧,可分为低密度聚氯乙烯(LDPVC)和高密度聚氯乙烯(HDPVC)两大类,LDPVC是由乙烯在高压全套图纸,加(98-250MPa)下制得,密度大约在0.91-0.92g/m3之间,HDPVC由乙烯在1.0MPa压力下聚合而成,密度较高,约为0.94-0.96g/cm3t。聚氯乙烯无毒,具有优异的介电性能,它的玻璃化温度约为一125~C。聚氯乙烯具有优异的化学稳定性,室温下能耐酸和碱,但容易受光氧化、热氧化,在紫外线下还可发生光降解。聚氯乙烯还具有优异的
