1、吉林化工学院毕业设计说明书基于MCS-51单片机的电梯控制系统设计DesignofElevatorControlSystemBasedonMCS-51学生学号:3--419作者:程控实验室院系:电信学院指导教师:职称:副教授吉林化工学院JilinInstituteofChemicalTechnology吉林化工学院毕业设计说明书摘要电梯整套系统以MSC51单片机为主,通过MSC51单片机的核心处理来支配各个组成部分,电梯的楼层选择由楼层开关和电梯内部开关来控制,通过单片机的处理由L293单片机来控制电梯的上下行,轿箱门的开与关由红外传感器和电机2控制,楼层控制主要由干簧管来检测电梯
2、所在位置,到达一个楼层后干簧管受轿箱上方的永久性磁铁影响,使干簧管的SN两个平行金属合并,从而由所在楼层的干簧管给出一个低电平送达单片机,由单片机来检测当前是否是所要到达的楼层。本系统以AT89C51单片机为核心,通过对各楼层用户按钮信号的检测和处理,按预定的运行规则和程序,发出控制信号对直流电机进行调节,从而控制电梯的启停、速度、升降和运行时间,还有轿厢的开关等。在轿厢的内部和外部都设置楼层选择按键,控制电梯轿厢的位置,在各楼层设置了位置检测电路,保证了电梯停靠位置准确。整个系统实现了电梯控制的基本功能[2]。关键词:电梯控制;单片机;干簧管-I-吉林化工学院毕业设计说明书Abs
