1、摘要自行式液态沥青运输车是在筑路方面使用最常见的一种专用运输汽车。它广泛地应用于各沥青混凝土搅拌厂与沥青生产厂家之间,是沥青混凝土路施工中不可缺少的一种运输车辆。目前,市场上有各种不同型号的沥青运输车,价值由几万元到几十万元不等。由于自行式液态沥青车具有很多的优点,与普通沥青运输车相比,提高了生产效率,降低了工人的劳动强度;与大型沥青罐车相比,价格较便宜,因此液态沥青运输车是中小型企业的首选产品。应用液态沥青运输车,快捷高效,是未来专用汽车的发展方向。本次设计的自行式液态沥青运输车主要用于中短途距离的液态沥青运输。由于常温下的沥青呈固体状态,使
2、用时必须经高温烧熔,对环境的污染较重,工程上使用极为不便。针对这种情况,我们设计出一种能在液态状态下运输液态沥青的罐车。本罐车的主要结构是在现有底盘车上连接一个沥青罐体,罐车可以实现自动装料,卸料以及保温加热功能。确保沥青在温、长距离运输途中始终呈热态液体。随着沥青材料的不断发展和改良,沥青路面的比重还将不断得到提高,液态沥青运输车将会是公路、高等级路面施工必需的设备。关键字:液态沥青,罐车,专用汽车,底盘车全套图纸,加ABSTRACTSelf-propelledliquidasphaltcarrieristhemostcommonusedin
