1、江西理工大学应用科学学院毕业设计年产20万吨电解铜的铜电解车间设计摘要本文研究的主要内容是在目前铜电解工艺中,选择了与阳谷祥光铜业有限公司相结合的投资省,见效快,工艺成熟,以求先进但又要稳妥可靠,不能盲目的超前工艺。电解工艺选择了永久不锈钢阴极电解。选择的工艺条件是:铜回收率为99.8%,电解过程中铜直收率为98%,残极率为16%,电解溶铜率为1.95%,阳极板1000×960×44mm,阴阳极数目分别为54片,55片,阴极为1029×1010×3.25mm的不锈钢,电流密度生产为280A/m,电流效率为95%。电解厂房分东西2个系统,中间为机组,东系统400槽,西系统320槽,每20
2、槽为一组,根据工艺条件对设备进行计算和选择:混凝土衬玻璃钢电解槽720个,带组合吊架及接酸盘的专用吊车2台。5条自动生产机组,可控硅整流2台,带盖的全玻璃钢槽25个,高位槽2个,板式换热器8台,隔膜压滤机4台。导电装置采用平衡电流式绝缘导电装置,滤布采用丙纶1000A微孔薄膜复合滤布。净化工艺选择了真空蒸发、水冷结晶、带式过滤生产硫酸铜,诱导法脱铜脱砷,真空蒸发冷冻结晶法生产硫酸镍。关键词:电解铜;电解;净化;工艺设计江西理工大学应用科学学院毕业设计Withanannualoutputoftonsofelectrolyticcopperelectrolyticworkshopdesig
