1、本科生（业余）毕业论文（设计）地方电力网规划设计学生：　　　　　　　　　　　　　　指导教师：摘要电力系统是整个国民经济或能源系统的一个非常重要的子系统。电力系统规划在电力工业的建设中具有极其重要的地位，电力系统规划主要由电力负荷预测、电源规划和电网规划构成。电网规划又以负荷预测和电源规划为基础，在保证输电能力，满足各项技术指标的前提下使输电系统的费用最小。本文根据地方电力网规划的要求，在对原始资料系统负荷、电量平衡分析的基础上，运用传统的规划方法，并结合优化规划的思想，从拟定的六种可行方案中，通过技术和经济的比较，选择出两个较优的方案作进

2、一步的深入分析：从最大电压损耗、网络电能损耗、线路和变电站的一次投资及电力网的年运行费用等角度，详细的分析两个较优方案，以此确定最优规划设计。同时，基于最优设计方案，给出了潮流分布、运行特性、调压措施的选择及物资的统计。36基于电力网规划涉及到方方面面许多不确定的因素，在此设计中，采取了一定的简化假定，一定程度上消弱了优化思想的优势。但，预计随着规划理论的创新、技术条件的发展和设计经验的积累，终将形成成熟的“电力系统规划的专家系统”，从而有效加强规划的科学性。关键词：电力系统电网规划电量平衡Planninganddesignoflocal
