1、毕业论文曲轴装配生产线—总体设计摘要本次毕业设计是关于曲轴装配生产线的设计。首先分析了曲轴装配生产线的意义和设计内容。阐述了装配生产线的结构组成、工作原理、国内外同类设备的发展状况。接着对曲轴装配生产线作了简单的概述；然后又分析了曲轴装配生产线的设计计算方法；然后根据这些设计准则与计算选型方法按照给定参数要求进行选型设计；接着对所选择的装配生产线的各主要零部件进行了校核。曲轴装配生产线主要由六个主要部分组成：箱体输送线，机曲轴输送线，机械手，加热装置，电控系统，气控系统。其中箱体和曲轴输送线的设计是本次设计的重要环节，电控系统和气动系统对曲轴装配生产线进行了有效地控制，使曲轴装
