2、是生产出作为其原料的富钛料。针对XXX铁精矿选矿—电炉熔分渣杂质Ca、Mg、Si、Al等的组织结构复杂的特性,结合富钛料的生产方法,实验采用了熔分渣稀硫酸浸出制取富钛料的探索性试验研究。实验时对不同酸浸时间、硫酸浓度、矿物粒度、矿酸比等因素对熔分渣的影响进行了分析讨论。实验结果表明,在温度100℃、时间1小时、硫酸浓度40%、矿物粒度300目、矿酸比1:6的酸浸条件下,经酸浸后的TiO2富集渣品位可达60%左右。关键词熔分渣,硫酸法,排列组合实验,富钛料ⅡXXX学院本科毕业设计(论文)ABSTRACT
