1、邵阳学院毕业设计摘要通信电源是电信网的能源,其供电质量的好坏直接关系到整个电信网的畅通,本课题首先分析了近年来国内外高频通信开关电源的发展状况,在理论分析和电路实验的基础上,开发出了一种新型的高频通信开关电源(交流配电模块、直流配电模块、4只高频开关整流模块和监控模块置于同一机架内),该电源优化了电路的主要参数,设计了相移脉宽调制零电压开关谐振(PS-ZVSPWM)全桥变换器电路和以集成控制器UC3875芯片为核心的控制电路,实现了功率开关管的零电压开通和近似零电压关断,研制出高效率(达93%)、高稳定度(±0.5%)、高可靠性、
