1、洗化厂DCS改造方案摘要洗化厂生产系统存在能耗高、工艺指标波动大、自控仪表落后、自控水平低等问题，如不进行必要的技术改造，在操作工频繁手动操作的情况下，会造成高投入、低产出且系统波动大的后果，进而影响整个联碱系统的稳定高产。本文运用计算机及网络的先进技术，结合洗化厂老生产系统存在的问题，采用集散控制系统对生产系统进行下列技术改造:本文完成了以下主要工作:首先在阅读了大量文献资料的基础上，介绍了火电厂烟气脱硫的主要方法，以及DCS的发展状况;通过对本厂装置原有DCS系统的分析，提出了对DCS改造的要求;介绍了拟选择DCS的特点;改造了洗化厂生产系统的
2、连锁紧急停车系统其次为实现上述技术方案，控制算法、图形、系统管理、引用和报表组态，确定了仪表及材料的选型，完成了改造的工程预算工作。最后通过分析以及现场实验和实际运行情况，证明:通过DCS系统的改造提高了系统安全可靠性，解决了由于无备件给生产构成的威胁。同时，改造后的DCS对系统控制参数的变化反应更快，系统重新建立平衡的时间更短。系统可靠性和稳定性均得到提高。关键词：集散控制系统，节能控制系统，DCS组态，控制算法。43AbstractWashingplantoftheexistenceofhighenergyconsumptionandprodu
