1、基于大数据的化工企业安全管理研究摘要大数据技术为分析化工企业有关安全生产的海量历史数据，发现其事故规律提供了有效的手段。本文从大数据及安全管理的基本概念入手，立足于科学发展的视角，分析安全科学的特点，阐述了化工企业安全管理的微颗粒化、实时化、无处不在化、易用化等发展趋势，并指出当前化工企业安全管理存在的数据采集、数据分析、数据价值、数据时效以及安全管理功能等方而存在的问题。然后在此基础上，以安全科学为理论基础，采用大数据环境下的实时数据挖掘的手段，通过对2010-2016年全国有关化工企业的安全事故进行简单汇总分析，再结合大数据技术的特点，主要从人、设备、环境、管理等方面，给出了企
2、业安全管理大数据应用的需求分析模型，来为实现设备的风险分析、状态维修，决策者制定发展战略，提高企业安全预警水平，同时，本文也构建了相应的人一机一环境联网的安全管理系统，对建立在数据分析基础上的化工企业安全管理模式进行了探索，以期在实现大数据信息采集与挖掘技术的有效应用的同时，推动化工企业安全管理体系建设，从而提出有效的化工企业安全管理对策。关键字：大数据；安全管理；化工企业；事故AbstructLargedatatechnologyprovidesaneffectivemeansforanalyzingthelargeamountofhistoricaldataaboutsafet
