1、摘要本文主旨在于探讨：如何恰当把握组织行为学中的相关激励理论，由理论到实践，将其深入应用到现代人力资源管理的几个核心环节，整合为有机的统一体；在各种激励理论渗透到基层人力资源管理的各个环节，交错糅合在一起的过程中，如何抽取浓缩几条较普遍的适用性原则，去挖掘员工的潜能，激发其积极性与创造力，并使之转化为企业在市场竞争中的战略优势！本文第一部分探讨由于相对于企业其他方面的管理，现代人力资源管理是以激励为核心的，因此现代企业人力资源管理的根本特性或核心理念，概而言之就是“激励”。本文第二部分探讨如何将组织行为学的相关激励理论进行有机整合，进而应用糅合到人力资源管

2、理的基层运作的各个环节，力图在各个环节中抽取较为核心的部分以及其中体现的较为突出的激励理论，以便较易把握其中原则性的东西，并将其提纲挈领的有机整合到一起。本文第三部分将探讨在基层人力资源管理的各个环节中有哪些举措较为突出地体现了应用了这些激励理论，从而发挥激励在人力资源管理中的核心和主线作用，将基层管理的各个层面加以有机整合，进而通过协同调控组织成员的目标动机和行为倾向，使他们自觉地把自己的人力潜能调动起来，走上自我激励之路，并将他们的创造力和积极性最大限度地凝聚和转化为企业在市场竞争中的战略优势！19关键词：人力资源管理激励理论应用19ABSTRACTT
