1、摘要动力头是振动回转岩芯钻机的核心部件，其性能的好坏直接决定了整机性能的好坏，而国内外关于该动力头的设计理论和方法却很少见，因此对振动回转岩芯钻机动力头的设计理论和方法进行研究迫在眉睫。本文首先介绍了振动回转岩芯钻机动力头的工作原理，技术特点和发展状况及前景。然后确定振动回转岩芯钻机动力头的总体参数，在分析了振动回转岩芯钻机工况的基础上，应用土力学和流体力学建立了各工况下钻进阻力矩的完整数学模型，为振动回转岩芯钻机动力头的设计提供了理论依据。然后对振动回转岩芯钻机动力头关键部件的设计过程及校核进行了详细的说明。此动力头具有体积小，搬迁灵
