1、技术、安全交底记录施工单位：广西圣泰建设工程有限公司2013年12月3日编号：工程名称嘉和万世2、3、7号楼交底部位填充墙砌体工程共6页第1页交底内容：(一)材料的要求1、水泥为P.C32.5水泥。2、砂:采用中粗砂,并应过筛,含泥量不得大于2%,3、水:采用洁净水。4、外加剂:为使砌筑时砂浆和易性良好,在砂浆中加入砂浆王,掺量取水泥重量的0.2%。5、砖及砌块:砖及砌块进场时应有出厂合格证书,合格证书中须注明厂名、证书字号、发证日期、砖等级、强度等级、耐久性实验是否符合要求及签章。在使用前进行检验,不合格严禁使用。(二)砂浆配合比本工程砌块强度不低于MU7.5，砂浆强度不低于M5的混合砂
2、浆。配合比按试块报告单配制。(三)砌筑前的准备1、根据图纸进行放线,确定构造柱位置及门窗洞口位置、尺寸、标高。2、卫生间墙体及外墙砌筑前,先浇C20素砼翻边,同墙厚（卫生间300mm高，外墙250mm高）。(四)砌筑工艺控制措施1、砖在砌筑之前必须浇水润湿,润湿后砖含水率宜为10%-15%。2、砌筑前先弹出墙体控制线,并要摆砖,调整灰缝,粘土砖灰缝的厚度为8-12mm,一般取10mm,加砌块墙水平灰缝为15mm,竖直灰技术负责人：交底人：接交人：Atpresent,wewouldliketotaketheopportunityofmaintainingpartymember'sprogre
