1、某系杆拱桥施工工艺 一、工程概况 中孔刚性系杆拱计算跨径L=42m,矢高f=7.0m,跨比D=1/6,拱轴线为二次抛物线型。系梁采用工字型截面,高1.4m,翼宽0.8m,翼厚0.25,肋厚0.3,在与吊杆处渐变为宽0.8m,高1.4的矩形截面,至拱脚段渐变为高1.95的矩形截面;拱肋采用工字型截面,高1.3m,翼宽0.8m,翼厚0.25,肋厚0.4,在1/3跨处渐变为宽0.8m,高1.3的矩形截面;吊杆采用48φs5高强碳素钢丝,吊杆间距4.2m,全桥计2×9根吊杆,采用直径为245mm圆形截面,对应吊杆处设置横梁,行车道板搁置在横梁上。 二、中孔主要
2、施工步骤及主要技术措施 ㈠、施打支架桩基,搭设系梁和横梁支架,预留通航孔,绑扎系梁、拱脚和端横梁钢筋,立模浇筑系梁、拱脚和端横梁砼。 1、支架基础处理: a、系杆支架基础: 中孔桥跨位于水中,分三跨布置,中跨的支墩下采用6根15m长φ273钢管桩,壁厚7mm,搭设的临时承台,钢管桩的入土深度根据计算确定,承载力可根据贯入度进行双控,承台采用钢结构承台,上面用一组双层三排贝雷作支墩,支墩上安放砂筒;两边跨采用长10m的圆木桩,木桩上搁置18cm*20cm的木枋。 b、横梁支架基础: 对于中跨横梁下,在系杆的临时支架内插6根φ273的钢管桩,桩顶钢
