2、保持在65%以上,若要使得移栽成活率维持在75%以上,盐分浓度应保持在0.3%左右。随着土壤盐分浓度的增加,移栽后海滨锦葵根、茎、叶的生长发育均受到影响,主要表现为株高降低,叶片长度和宽度变小,主茎叶龄和出叶速度降低,各器官干重下降,植株根系活力减弱,叶片可溶性蛋白、SOD活性及其水平受到明显影响,游离氨基酸和脂类过氧化产物MDA积累速度大幅度上升,且光合特性受到明显影响。当苗床基质和土壤盐分浓度小于0.6%时,所受的负面影响相对较小。关键词:海滨锦葵;盐分胁迫;生长发育;生理活性TheImpactofSaltStressonSalt-tolerantB
