1、摘要随着电子技术的迅速发展,单片机以其高可靠性、高性能价格比,在工业控制系统、数据采集系统、智能化仪器仪表、办公自动化等诸多领域得到极为广泛的应用。在生产过程中有时需要多个单片机作为下位机直接对生产过程进行检测和控制,这就需要两机或多机间进行数据传输。双机通讯主要是利用单片机内部的全双工串口的发送和接收功能,而简单的单片机串口通讯的传输距离较短,所以须经过调制解调器使传输距离增长。单片机系统采集的信号有的是模拟电压信号、模拟电流信号、PWM信号、数字逻辑信号等。现在,绝大多数传感器输出的信号都是模拟信号量,电流和电
2、压。所以模拟信号的采集应用最为广泛,处理过程也相对复杂。相比于模拟信号PWM信号和数字逻辑信号的采集比较直接,单片机能够直接处理这类信号,无需额外的器件进行信号转换。系统采用单片机技术进行现场模拟电压采样处理并进行数据传输,将外部采进来的模拟信号转换成数字信号,经过调制、滤波、解调之后,在另一单片机最小系统板将采集的数据结果显示出来,完成了整个数据采集与传输过程。系统具有发送端设定8路顺序循环采集与指定某一路采集的功能。关键词:数字采集;单片机;A/D采样;调制;解调ABSTRACTAselectronictech
