1、山东理工大学2010届本科生毕业论文摘要当前,国内外油田迫切需要解决含油污泥的处理问题。含油污泥的减量化、无害化以及资源化成为全面评价含油污泥处理方法优劣的标准。本文采用热裂解技术对含油污泥进行处理,在做到减量化、无害化的前提下,回收其中的烃类资源。本课题属于新课题,方案采用立式炉进行污泥分解,物料从上方进入,炉体内部分层,每一层有出料口用相应的刮板将物料刮入下一层,各层设有三个刮板,各层出料口错开,炉体中间用一空心轴,可用热电偶在轴内进行温度的测量,各层刮板固定在轴上,物料经过各层进行热分解,分解的气体经上方管道收集,剩余残渣由底部排料口排入隔离箱,立式炉采用上下水密封,其最大优点
2、是密封性能好,保障了生产的安全性,立式炉采用外加热套进行加热,炉体在电动机的带动下旋转,内部固定,保证了受热的均匀性。本论文主要对立式炉的内部结构、传动装置、回转支承和密封进行设计。完成一个可行性方案,理论上能进行生产,解决污泥对环境的污染,实现可持续性发展。关键词:含油污泥、立式炉、回转炉、热解炉、水密封33山东理工大学2010届本科生毕业论文AbstractAtpresent,theurgentneedtoaddressdomesticandinternationaloilfieldoilsludgedisposalproblem.Oilysludgereduction,soun
